  • Oversee the HR software applications related to employee experience/management, ensuring they follow application life cycle management frameworks.
  • Collaborate actively with business stakeholders to understand user requirements and business needs.
  • Translate business needs into actionable development tasks for the technical team.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance and functionality of applications.
  • Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and operational standards.
  • Provide support and training to end-users regarding application usage.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on the application's status and potential improvements.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience through technology solutions.

Perfil ideal

A successful Product Owner - IT HR Apps should have:

  • Past experience as Application/Product Owner, IT Business Partner, IT Applications Manager, Business Analyst and/or Project Manager;
  • Proven experience in application life cycle management.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Ability to identify and implement improvements that enhance the user experience.
  • Problem-solving skills to address application-related issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with tools and frameworks used in software development and management.
  • Ability to work in multicultural, multi-functional teams and projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
