  • Responsible for ongoing support, administration and maintenance of Kantar's Coupa S2P Platform and Procurement Operations support within the Procurement Service Desk team
  • Respond to technical and system admin related Coupa questions from Customers (system end users) and colleagues as per agreed SLAs
  • Ensure that business critical issues and high priority and severity requests are resolved in the most timely and effective manner possible with appropriate escalation where required
  • Perform ongoing Coupa admin activities including Chart of Accounts, approval chains, PO Customizations, Tax codes, PO Transmission methods, understand requirements around Purchase Requisitions, POs, Invoices and configure workflow, receipts and tolerances, Deploy best Coupa practices
  • Responsible for updating knowledge articles, FAQs, user guides on Coupa and in the Procurement knowledge base to enable greater adoption of customer self-service
  • Responsible for the provision of change and enhancements within Coupa e.g. relating to new regulations, process improvements, internal reorganisations and merger and acquisition activities
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with agreed Coupa technical design specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as adhering to change control processes
  • Manage quarterly Coupa Platform releases, testing, documentation updates and release to production
  • Develop an understanding of Kantar S2P processes such that they are reviewed within the context of each new Coupa Platform release to determine if improvements can be gained by using new functionality
  • Ensure that IT governance and change control procedures are followed for all production deployments
  • Support the organisation across key initiatives including but not limited to Coupa system rollout to new markets, performance improvement projects and support services
  • Participate in regular Coupa governance meetings, risk escalation and contribute to service improvements
  • Provide timely and consistent support to Customers (end users) ensuring ownership and responsibilities remain in the appropriate places and troubleshoot support related tickets
  • Maintain knowledge management articles and documentation to ensure end users always have access to current and compliant Coupa documents and guidance
  • Participate in regular Coupa governance meetings, risk escalation, issues and feedback from key stakeholders
  • Support the organisation across key initiatives including but not limited to Coupa system rollout to new markets, transformation projects and support services
  • Contribute to regular team meetings, 1-1's and performance reviews ensuring that own skills are aligned to team, department and Kantar requirements
  • Provide support and guidance for other more junior team members during demanding workloads and absence as part of own personal development
  • Develop professional and technical system administration skills and proactively gathering knowledge and best practice through practical experience and related project work
  • Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing reading, research, as well as close collaboration and networking with the S2P and wider Procurement teams

Perfil ideal

  • Degree level education or equivalent in Information Technology field, or an equivalent professional qualification
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and proven ability to learn and apply technical knowledge and skills
  • 4+ Years of experience with a Tier 1 eProcurement platform (Coupa, SAP Ariba /SRM or similar)
  • Process knowledge of source to pay / Procurement function and data management experience preferred
  • Detail-orientated and with excellent data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and problem-solving ability
  • Able to develop relationships with stakeholders, End Users and offshore delivery partners
  • Proactive nature, time management and prioritisation skills
  • Technical and subject matter expertise in eProcurement platforms (Coupa preferred)
  • Fluent English speaker, accurately able to read and write English and to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and management
  • Experience of using digital workflow and task management applications such as Service Now is preferred
  • Strong task management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Be trustworthy and self-motivated
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience of leading a team and managing workload efficiently across diverse resources
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Full proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Willingness to work flexibly across geographic time zones, with potential alternating shift patterns for time zone coverage to for US / CA hours
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, processes, and workflow technology
  • Experience of working in a Service Desk or helpdesk environment
  • Operated in complex environment with the same size and scale
  • Experience from working in a similar industry
  • Experience in managing large teams
