This isn't a traditional finance role, we are looking for someone to be in charge of the definition and implementation of cost structures and pricing strategies for the company's products, services, and subscriptions - building financial frameworks from scratch and working closely with the creative team to ensure they're strategic and sustainable.

  • Define, calculate, and implement cost structures and pricing models for the company's products and services.
  • Develop financial tools, dashboards, and processes to support decision-making and growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and business models.
  • Provide strategic input in meetings, helping translate creative ideas into sustainable business opportunities.

  • Experience in finance, pricing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset - you enjoy building things from the ground up.
