Descrição
- General Industry coverage across different sectors;
- Monitoring and researching existing investment / non-investment grade international leveraged loan and corporate bond portfolio positions;
- Handle waiver requirements and other company requests for portfolio accounts as they come on a timely basis;
- Periodically liaise with rating and credit department to prepare Portfolio Review presentations for general review as well as Impairment Committee meetings;
- Work closely and support de existing Execution and Origination members of the team to evaluate, recommend, execute and handle other principal finance opportunities;
- Any adhoc assignments.
Perfil ideal
- Mandatory experience in Leveraged/Corporate/Acquisition Finance or Valuations & Financial Modelling;
- Background in Consulting or Investment Banking;
- Financial & Accounting Skills;
- Legal Knowledge of credit documentation.
