Establishing and Maintaining Project Control Mechanisms: You will establish and maintain robust project control mechanisms to monitor and report project progress, financials, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle;
Conducting Project Reviews and Audits: It will be your responsibility to conduct regular project reviews and audits to assess performance against predefined metrics, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with PMO and company standards;
Ownership of Governance and Methodology: You will have full responsibility for defining, implementing, and maintaining robust project management frameworks and practices across the organization;
Cultivating a Culture of Continuous Improvement: You will foster a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO and across project teams, encouraging innovation, collaboration, and the sharing of best practices;
Leading Continuous Improvement Initiatives: You will identify, propose, and implement continuous improvement initiatives, drawing on lessons learned and industry best practices to enhance project and portfolio management standards, processes, and practices;
Integrating Portfolio, Program, and Project Processes: Your will oversee the seamless integration of portfolio, program, and project processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives, driving efficiency and effectiveness;
Developing and Maintaining Project Portfolio Dashboards: You will develop and maintain project portfolio dashboards to provide comprehensive insights into project goals, dependencies, risks, and issues, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning;
Analyzing Project Data: Gathering and analyzing project data will be a key aspect of your role, enabling you to identify weaknesses, opportunities, and trends, and proactively address any time-related or budgetary challenges;
Providing Support, Guidance, and Training: You will provide support, guidance, and training to project team members on standards and best practices required throughout the project lifecycle, promoting professional development and skill enhancement;
Monitoring Industry Trends: Your will monitor industry trends and emerging methodologies, recommending the adoption of new technologies and approaches to optimize project delivery and stay ahead of the curve.
Perfil ideal
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field;
- In-depth experience in project management, with a focus on project controlling and continuous improvement;
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall);
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities;
- Exemplary Proficiency in English and Microsoft365;
- Proficiency in a Portfolio Management toolset and Business Process Modeling;
- Prince2 or PMP certification preferred;
- Previous experience as a Project Manager is a big plus;
- Good English level (spoken and written).
