- Manage the activities and performance of the sales team, and provide feedback, support and coaching;
- Work with the sales team on the identification of realistic performance metrics, and on the successful implementation of agreed plans;
- Design and follow-up key field force metrics and delivery management information;
- Track and analyze sales force metrics to ensure Sales Force Productivity;
- Develop processes and systems that will further improve effectiveness in segmentation & targeting, business/account planning and customer relationship management (CRM) implementation;
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues by successfully managing the sales team;
- Participate in the marketing strategy;
- Identify sales and business opportunities;
- Collaborate with medical team, KAM and BI to address customers' needs.
- Academic training in Science or Management or MBA are valued;
- At least 5 years of management experience leading a highly performing team;
- Guidance for business and customers, pragmatic and practice attitude;
- Team Management and People Development;
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
