We are recruiting a People Rewards & Benefits Partner for a telecommunications company, reporting directly to the HR Director.

Descrição

As a People Rewards & Benefits Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with market practices, legal requirements, and the company's talent strategy. You will conduct salary surveys, manage pay structures, and support benefits and incentive plans, while providing analyses and reports to guide HR and business decisions.

  • Support the implementation of fixed and variable compensation structures in line with company objectives.
  • Updating salary band structures across different levels and functions.
  • Coordinate and provide support in annual salary review processes and bonus plans.
  • Administer and contribute to the optimization of benefits policies (insurance, incentives, bonuses, SIP, etc.).
  • Conduct salary analyses and benchmarking studies to monitor external competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to provide input for talent recognition and reward initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and tax obligations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Create reports and dashboards to track compensation and benefits indicators and provide insights to HR leadership.
  • Consolidate and analyze salary, compensation, and benefits data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the approved budget.

Perfil ideal

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • 6 to 8 years of proven experience in compensation & benefits or rewards.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and market trends in compensation & benefits.
  • Expert knowledge and practical skills in MS Excel and HR systems; experience with HRIS is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Proven ability in working internationally across geographies and different cultures.
  • Travel require ocasional.
