  • Ensure payroll and secure related tasks
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are properly planned and delivered on time, safely, efficiently, reliably and in a cost-effective manner
  • Propose improvements to the area as appropriate and solve problems
  • Make quality and timely decisions within the tasks under her / his responsibility
  • Gather relevant data to inform the decision makers regarding complex issues
  • Process employee data in SAP and maintenance of personnel files and time & attendance to ensure accuracy databases in SAP Fiori
  • Responsible for coordinating the Onboarding process and paperwork for new employees
  • Coordination with HR projects as assigned and HR ad-hoc reporting
  • Execute professional activities in compliance with GMP and HSE guidelines, internal and external requirements as well as promote the implementation and maintenance of Hovione´s policies, systems and procedures (COPs, HBR, SOPs and others)
  • Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with instructions, and to comply with environmental, health & safety rules/procedures, regulations and codes of practice

Perfil ideal

  • Human Resources degree or equivalent university degree
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources administrative processes
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of human resources practices
  • Strong knowledge of HR legal legislation
  • SAP/HR good knowledge is mandatory
  • Fluency in English is a mandatory
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Strong working knowledge and experience in their discipline to solve day-to-day problems through analysis
  • Work in ambiguous situations and new ideas and knowledge are used with increasing frequency
  • Perform a range of moderately complex assignments receiving minimal level of guidance and direction
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience
