● Manage day to day operations of the Customer Success, Contents Teams and Professional Services Lisbon Teams ● Handle overall responsibility for managing the customer relationship, design business processes such as onboarding, account management, customer retention and define KPIs ● Monitor customers product usage ● Provide support to Key Customers ● Work across the organization, acting as a liaison between Customer Success, Contents, Product, Sales, Logistics and Finance Teams ● Develop operational dashboards to provide the management team regular insights into the rhythm of the business (track KPIs and highlight levers to move) ● Provide analytical support for recommendations to improve product usage, overall efficiency, redesign processes and ultimately drive margin growth ● Implement and manage corporate tools such as CRM or help desk software ● Manage the Lisbon office and implement corporate policies
- Educated to a degree level ideally in Management or Engineering ● Previous experience as Operations Manager or Project Manager ● Excellent organization skills, with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines with customer focus ● Have the capacity to analyse data and discover opportunities through it ● Demonstrated experience with creating reports, dashboards and summarizing large amounts of data into actionable intelligence to drive business decisions ● Strong focus on automation to scale current and future processes ● Proven ability to manage different stakeholder groups ● Excellent communication skills (written and oral) - fluent English speaker ● Willingness to learn and grow with the company. ● Previous experience in B2B, Consulting or Tech companies ● Previous experience in the Hospitality industry, as preferably ● Fluent in Spanish ● Working knowledge of CRM tools such as PHC orsalesforce.com ● Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio.
