Operations Manager - Figueira da Foz (M/F)

Realizes the optimal deployment of people and resources on the industrial/operational area;

Directs, facilitates and guarantees the execution of all collection activities/incoming flows and outgoing transport/outgoing flows at the plant and within the established operational budget;

Is responsible for optimal utilization of the plant;

Operational fulfillment and fulfillment of customer obligations (customer focus) in collaboration with other departments and thus guaranteeing a high team satisfaction and customer satisfaction.

Initiates and optimizes quality improvements, productivity, costs and also the deployment of equipment and personnel (continuous improvement);

Co-develops new processes that directly contribute to optimizing the (work) processes and improving the result of the site;

Responsible for SHEQ objectives within operational area, including primarily all safety objectives for people and the environment;

Implements innovations in the operation and in the process and work within the established safety rules.
