  • The Business Controller will be responsible for monitoring performance and challenging the status quo by deriving actionable insights from operational metrics/KPIs, identify trends and other relevant data;
  • As a strategic business partner, you will work closely with diverse stakeholders, leveraging your expertise in sales and operations, profitability analysis, and reporting to drive informed decision-making and support sustainable growth;
  • The successful professional will be entrusted with a high degree of autonomy in managing their responsibilities and driving key initiatives;
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement;
  • Engage with stakeholders by delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on your data-driven analysis, while identifying opportunities and risks;
  • Challenge and analyze key performance indicators, including sales, profitability, and operational metrics;
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of pricing strategies, cost structures, and factors affecting profitability.

Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
  • Proven track record in financial analysis and performance evaluation;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations;
  • Familiarity with financial management concepts and metrics;
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders across all levels of seniority;
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting and analysis;
  • Problem-solving orientation with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive process improvements;
  • Strong excel and ppt skills;
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
