Our client is a dynamic and technology driven company operating in the modern area of online travel. Due to their impressive expansion path, we are hiring a Operations Trainee. The position is based in their's headquarters in Lisbon.

As an Operations Trainee you will have the following missions:

  • Support the reselling vehicles Sales operations and our executive management team in the design and implementation of an integrated business model that incorporates both our rental and vehicle sales business units;
  • Map out industry trends and insights about vehicle industry, covering both offline and online channels;
  • Build reports and dashboards to make actionable business recommendations and to guarantee alignment with the Brands' overall business plan;
  • Support in the organization and management of Sales events (e.g. Open Days);
  • Support the organizations of vehicle visits and test drives;
  • Assist in the B2B sales process (e.g. transportations, homologations, inspections);
  • Identify, negotiate, acquire and retain new third-party sales partners and B2B clients and manage the relationship with the current ones;
  • Identify and develop new cooperation models and partner categories to unlock audiences and boost market penetration in challenging geographies and segments;
  • Update and optimize written and visual content across all partners' platforms to ensure that the Brand stands above the competition as the most relevant booking option;
  • Produce, monitor and act on KPIs for all your accounts and individual performance;

Perfil ideal

  • BA/BS/Masters in Business, Economics;
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in business development, analytical sales, consulting or other sales or analytical related experience;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheets and interest in Data / Business Intelligence;
  • Strong communication, organization and time-management habits;
  • Effective team player with an attention to detail and a bias for execution;
  • Self-motivating, with a sense of urgency and a hunger for learning;
  • Results-driven with attention to detail, being autonomous and responsible for deliverables;
  • Fast learner and problem solver approach;
  • Able to work in a highly dynamic and international environment;
