- Ensure continuous improvements within the Global Business Services;
- Ensure proper and updated documentation to all operational activities served by GBS;
- Drive process standardization and alignment within all countries/plants served by GBS;
- Collect, review/assess and drive the implementation of new process improvement ideas in a synergic and challenging way;
- Interface with Global IT and Global Process Owners in case process changes are required;
- Monitor the success of implemented ideas;
- Ensure proper measures are in place to grant process quality and compliance in expectation with business needs;
- Support and guide operations in case of gaps, questions or new changes in the process;
- Identify and recommend training necessities.
Perfil ideal
- College degree in Business Administration, Management or Engineering and Industrial Management;
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Continuous Improvement;
- High analytical skills and experience in business case preparation;
- Capacity to take calculated risks;
- Capacity to work interdependently;
- Ability to challenge pre-defined ideas with win-win proposals;
- Self-disciplined for autonomously prioritize assignments;
- Good communication skills;
- English proficiency written and spoken;
- Knowledge in SAP FI and MM modules is a plus;
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma/DMAIC methodologies is a plus;
- Experience in Project Management is a plus.
