Our client is part of a multinational company and operates in Lisbon as a GBS.


  • Partners with GBS teams to identify and drive improvement opportunities;
  • Implements mechanisms to monitor, prioritize and plan implementations of improvement topics;
  • Provides transparency on status and progress and contributes to reporting and communication;
  • Provides analytical data supported on benchmark information and facilitates best practice sharing in his/her organizational unit and beyond;
  • Recommends and follows up on improvement measures to meet GBS business targets;
  • Keeps up-to-date on and recommends industry-wide best practices to improve performance, promoting digitalization and automation within the GBS organization;
  • Drives an agile and service-oriented mindset;
  • Acts as a change evangelist, by managing change to support business to new organizational market requirements;

Perfil ideal

  • Completed professional education with degree in Business
  • Administration and/or Management, Finance or another related field
  • Professional Experience in relevant areas 3-5 years
  • Global GBS Experience 2-5 years
  • Proven track record of Project Management
  • Very good knowledge in SAP and of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in KPI reporting and respective tools
  • Experience on Continuous Improvement, Performance Mgmt,
  • Business Continuity and/or Quality Management Systems is a plus
