A key part of the role is to build relationships across the Industrial and Coorporate Operations. You will align strategy and process with national functional leadership. Lead and champion the 'Operational Excellence Team' element of our growth plans.

You will continue to build an exciting Operational team to drive effective continuous improvement across the region. You will be leading on insights, define recommendations for process, tools, technologies, and structure for optimized success.

Owning the change management framework is key. Ensuring tools and approaches are developed and implemented to support the success of strategic deployments. You will lead a number of initiatives to build and deploy strategic capacity planning capabilities.

Perfil ideal

  • MsC in Engineering realated fields
  • 15+ years experience on an industrial level, within countinous improvement/operational excellence environment
  • Passion, proven track record, and a positive impact on OE/Continous Improvement
  • Business experience in Continuous Improvement related environments
