Operation Analyst - Editing Videos

* Perform media encoding and editing (blurring, compilation, dynamic subtitle creation, etc.).
* Manage third-party translation processes for airline media content.
* Upload media to OEM servers and ensure playback readiness (including adhoc media).
* Create and maintain onboard content, including hospitality menus and online magazines.
* Liaise with OEMs on behalf of the airline (email communications, meeting scheduling, etc.).
* Represent the IFE department in OEM-related meetings.
* Manage logistical aspects of the department's dedicated vehicle (maintenance, airport access, etc.).
* Process and coordinate requests for airport access cards.
* Create and manage licensing purchase orders for media content.
* Coordinate media orders with third-party encoding labs.
* Import and manage metadata into OEM CRMs.
* Monitor delivery and quality of encoded media to OEM portals.
* Track and resolve content rejections
* Ensure cycle completion within deadlines and internal timeline creation
