  • Ensuring platform availability and troubleshooting in the event of a problem
  • Monitoring, administration and configuration of the system
  • Creation of operating and user documentation
  • Implementation of deployments and adoption of newly developed solutions in a regular operation
  • Process optimization and service improvement
  • Scripting and automation of recurring processes
  • Collaboration in the further development of the entire platform

Perfil ideal

  • Candidate with 2+ years of professional experience
  • Experience with support, administration and installation of IT enterprise applications, ideally in the OpenText product environment
  • Good knowledge in the areas of Microsoft Windows Server and/or Linux
  • Good scripting skills (Perl, Python or Windows PowerShell) and practical experience with databases
  • Focus on: Administration
  • Knowledge in ITIL Process Framework
  • English - fluent
