Our client is a reference organization in the Energy sector
Organize the O&M tasks defined by the agreed O&M contracts.
Organize and supervise the teams of maintenance technicians located in the field, manage the guards to ensure a short response time.
Manage the stock, tools, and purchases.
Support the development / selection of tools for stock management, work orders
Manage contracts, request offers (tender).
Carrying out the work procedure.
Manage PRL issues of staff and work centres in collaboration with the group's QHSE manager.
Monitoring of project KPIs (PR, availability, response time).
Manage and report costs internally.
Drafting and negotiation of O&M contracts with Clients
Electrical engineering or similar
Total experience of at least 5 years and at least 3 years in a similar position.
Work experience in a first rank company (references), familiar in working with quality systems and PRL management.
High commercial capacity to negotiate contracts with suppliers as clients
Work experience in another country will be valued as a positive point.
Fluent English and Spanish
