  • Develop new business - mid‑market B2B clients.
  • Run a full outbound-driven sales cycle (prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing).
  • Focus on deal sizes above €50K and global client accounts.
  • Attend international trade shows and events to generate opportunities.
  • Work leads provided by the marketing team.
  • Report directly to the Sales Director and deliver accurate forecasts and pipeline updates.



Perfil ideal

  • Proven ability co-building and executing a modern outbound playbook in a BTB SAAS environment. Can discuss successful campaigns they have run or designed including messaging strategy, sequence building, call volume, metrics, weekly organization and any other key success factor to win outbound in 2026.
  • Proven ability/experience of at least 1.5 year running a complex mid-market ( 50-100K ACV) Sales Process. Knows how to run a consultative sales process involving multiple internal and external stakeholders, map the decision-making process, build Mutual Closing Plan and drive the deal to a close.
  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to build rapport with GM, C-level executives across multiple cultures . Experience closing customers in multiple countries
  • Intra-preneur, Self-driven, Process-oriented. Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy and comfortable in a chaotic, ever-evolving environment.
  • Working Languages: English + other languages (Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian).
