- Support country medical affairs strategy in line with the global strategy, country insights and market conditions, and secure implementation of planned Medical Affairs activities within the designated therapy area(s).
- Coordinate scientific meeting, symposia, congresses, Continuous Medical Education (CME) and other medical / scientific exchange and engagement activities. Develop strategic engagement plan(s) for country customer-facing medical activities and event
- Ensure medical enquirers are responded to in a high quality, timely manner, and in accordance with applicable standards;
- Coordinate review and approval of medical materials and locally developed promotional ½ materials;
- Responsible for risk identification and assessment, mitigation planning as well as implementation and monitoring of appropriate internal controls within the area of responsibilities.
Perfil ideal
- Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent;
- Experience in collaborations across boundaries; in operations Management and execution and Project Management.
- Strong understanding of Clinical Trial Design, Data and Reporting Medical; Governance; Medical Safety Non-Interventional Studies;
- Excellent communication skills, including empathy, emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and succeed in different departments environment;
- Ability to adapt, to continuously learn, to have a business mindset, create value;
- Strong oral/written presentation skills (Portuguese and English).
