Key Responsabilities

  • Integration Ownership: Lead the functional and technical design of integrations between IBM Maximo Application Suite and multiple enterprise systems, including ERPs and operational data platforms;
  • Platform Expertise: Serve as the central point of contact for all Maximo interfaces, ensuring continuity, performance, and compliance across the global ecosystem;
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams worldwide and coordinate with ERP specialists to translate operational requirements into robust technical solutions;
  • Technical Leadership: Oversee major Maximo migrations, upgrades, and interface corrections while ensuring overall platform stability;
  • Cloud Architecture Support: Contribute to the operation and optimization of Maximo environments hosted on Red Hat OpenShift and ROSA (Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS);

Perfil ideal

What you bring

  • Technical Background: Holds a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field, combined with strong experience in CMMS environments, particularly the IBM Maximo Application Suite with focus on Maximo Manage.
  • Integration & Platform Expertise: Demonstrates capability in designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between Maximo and enterprise systems (especially ERPs), alongside SQL knowledge and hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as OpenShift and ROSA.
  • Additional Technical Assets: Brings familiarity with databases like Oracle or SQL Server, scripting languages such as Jython or JavaScript, and ideally exposure to Maximo Mobile, Maximo Monitor, Maximo Health, or Maximo Predict.
  • Interpersonal & Language Skills: Able to align diverse stakeholders, communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences, work autonomously, and is fluent in English, with French considered an advantage.
