Descrição

  • Build the team and processes to ensure the perfect set up in operational tools;
  • Existing items: internal transfer prices, managed fleet units, transport plan, etc;
  • Phase 1 extension: customer and carrier operational data (contacts, etc) and tariffs for FTL/LTL business managed in Blue Yonder TMS;
  • Phase 2 extension: all customer and carrier operational data and tariffs in Blue Yonder, Ines, etc;
  • Support Gefco's digital transformation by contributing to data cleaning and migration for the new TMS and new WMS project: extract, analyse and clean master data from legacy systems and map them to the standard templates to upload in new systems (clients, carriers, tariffs, loading/unloading locations, etc);

  • Support the transfer of activities from international subsidiaries into the shared service organization, in close collaboration with other departments from Corporate and geographical Clusters and other shared competences centers;

  • Implement an efficient ticketing system to track requests and response time;
  • Produce and update process documentation as required;
  • Manage existing team members and grow the team to follow the ramp-up as new subsidiaries will transfer their activities to the share service center (including recruiting and training new employees);

  • Drive the resolution of more complex queries raised by the team and other internal stakeholders;
  • Monitor activity KPIs, identify improvements and implement action plans with a focus on quality, efficiency, and productivity;



Perfil ideal

Background and experience

  • You are graduated from Engineering or Business Management;
  • At least 5 year's experience in a multicultural environment;
  • Experience with in a shared service environment would be a plus;
  • Experience in people management of 3 years minimu
  • Ability to analyze and formalize processes;

  • Rigorous, strong analytical capabilities and ability to solve problems;
  • Ability to plan, organize, assign, prioritize, evaluate, and supervise the work of the team;
  • Teamwork, good communication skills and assertiveness;
  • Adaptability, autonomy, and proactiveness;
  • Strong commitment, motivation, and high enthusiasm;
  • Be a "doer", a hands-on manager;

Technical skills

  • Agility to manipulate Excel files and data;
  • Standard Office features and formalization capability (Powerpoint, Word);
  • In order to interact with group stakeholders, you are fluent in English, French is a plus;
