Descrição

  • Digital Marketing: Develop and execute strategies across social media, email, search engines, and ads. Optimize campaigns for reach and ROI using tools like Google Analytics and SEO.
  • Social Media: Manage and grow presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram. Create, schedule, and publish aligned content. Engage with followers and monitor trends.
  • Content Marketing: Support content strategy development and execution.
  • Email Marketing: Design, implement, and manage targeted email campaigns.
  • Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; identify trends.
  • General Support: Assist with event planning, PR, brand partnerships, and collaborate on integrated marketing efforts.
  • Onboarding: Design and execute tailored onboarding programs for new tech hires and all new employees, aiding their integration into company culture and teams.
  • Organizational Development: Work with team leaders to assess training needs and create learning solutions.
  • HR Administration: Assist with the hiring process, including documentation and adherence to deadlines.
  • Culture & Engagement: Help develop and implement initiatives to enhance organizational culture and retain talent. Conduct engagement surveys and join internal committees to improve the work environment.



Perfil ideal

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, with expertise in social media, SEO/SEM, and content creation.
  • Skilled in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Ads, and email marketing applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting persuasive content.
  • Excellent analytical abilities paired with creativity for data interpretation and informed decision-making.
  • Capable of working effectively both independently and in a dynamic team environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in startups or high-growth tech firms.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
