- Identify trends, requirements and opportunities to shape the environment through new relationship models with Policy Stakeholders;
- Participate in Develop healthcare policy, government relations and customer/stakeholder engagement strategies to shape the environment of the company;
- Participate in access and reimbursement for inline products to help deliver the company's near-term success and develop effective access strategies for pipeline products to support the company's future success;
- Develop and execute clinical and health economic evidence generation strategies to demonstrate the value the company brings to patients, providers and health systems;
- Develop & execute pricing and contracting strategies, within governance, to deliver value to customers and secure an appropriate return on our investment;
- Propose and implement the agreed local market access strategy until P&R and during the life cycle of the product by working closely with R&D, Medical, Marketing & Sales.
Perfil ideal
- Degree in Health Care Management or equivalent;
- Strong understanding of payer and government environment in Portugal (reimbursement, pricing and contracting, value drivers, formulary management, HTA policy and government affairs/policy/advocacy);
- 5-6 years of experience in market access and corporate affairs in the pharmaceutical industry;
- Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and succeed in a highly matrixed environment;
- Strong oral/written presentation skills (Portuguese and English).
