Leasing Manager

Lead and envision the leasing team within Portugal to achieve commercial success and enhance guests' satisfaction through:

* Actively analyze and research market trends and developments;

* Establish and maintain positive tenant relationships;

* Analyze and interpret lease agreements and other relevant documents to determine financial obligations, tenant responsibilities, and key milestones;

* Track and alert tenants of upcoming renewals, expirations and other key dates in a timely manner;

* Manage and update lease database to reflect changes in property, contact information, etc. and coordinate information with internal teams as necessary;

* Provide audit support to Finance and answer questions that impact accounting during monthly close processes;

* Build network with actual shopkeepers and professionals of the real estate & retail industry;

* Generate new leasing leads and negotiate deals from inception to final execution;

* Prepare weekly leasing activity reports and status of each negotiation held with potential tenants;

* Manages the daily activities of the leasing department in accordance with organization policies and standards.
