Our client is a multinational that sells consumer goods.

Roles & Responsibilities:
To grow sales of 2 brands of the company and their products within existing channels and as well as introducing the brands to new strategic customers.
To develop/ initiate, manage and drive the sales of the company products within in the country, execution of sales growth via identifying and winning key accounts.
To create innovative customer value propositions in order to meet and exceed the annual set sales target(s)/ budget.
To develop new business and consolidate the existing business in line with company's overall growth strategy.
To review the sales performance on a monthly basis - and, if necessary, to proactively introduce action plans to achieve these targets.
To obtain new listings of key products in all outlets. Manage the overall product mix, across categories and price points to ensure that profit opportunities are maximized.
To establish and develop conducive working relationship with the key decision makers in each account.
To develop focused promotional activity, majoring on models categorized at different price segments via the effective management of budgeted funds.
To work closely with product manager to organize relevant training on key products at a local level and/or centrally.
To build strong link with all relevant departments. Regularly meet with product team, sales admin, supply chain, service.
To manage a comprehensive travel plan. Organize regular meeting with line managers to update on performance, plans and objectives.
To provide individual customer reports - measuring performance.
To work out details of long term plans, budget and forecasting processes of the company.
To use ERP tools for reporting, update records and manage/ track performance.

Capable of managing key customers & distributor relationships across multi-channel distribution territory
Manage at multiple decision-making levels, applying different influencing skills to each
Proven effective communication, interpersonal & relationship-building skills, both written and verbal
Exhibit strong commercial acumen and business awareness
PC literacy (MS Office Applications & SAP)
Previous knowledge & experience of working within White or Brown Goods, Electrical Consumer Durables with an experience of min 3 years.
