Descrição

  • Responsible for developing and implementing Joint Business Plans with strategic On Trade customers, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives, brand priorities and the customer's business needs.
  • Translating strategic goals into clear and actionable tactical plans focused on driving growth in distribution, pricing, portfolio development and activations, supported by regular business reviews.
  • Leading commercial negotiations with key customers, including pricing, promotional plans, activations and annual agreements, securing long‑term partnerships and balanced value propositions.
  • Full management of customer performance and P&L, monitoring keyindicators such as volume, NSV, margin, market share, sell‑in, sell‑out, distribution and promotional effectiveness, implementing corrective actions when required.
  • Accountable for managing trade investment, ensuring efficient planning, proper budget allocation and continuous evaluation of ROI across promotional and activation initiatives.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration with Customer Marketing, RGM, Finance and Supply Chain teams, as well as alignment with Field Sales to guarantee excellence in market execution.

Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or similar, and 5-8 years of commercial experience, ideally within FMCG or the spirits industry.
  • Proven experience managing Key Accounts in the On Trade channel, with strong skills in negotiation, relationship management and delivery of Joint Business Plans that drive sustainable growth.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with solid understanding of P&L levers and the ability to translate data and insights into actionable commercial strategies.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution, comfortable influencing stakeholders, leading complex negotiations and working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Passion for the hospitality and On Trade sector, demonstrating an entrepreneurial approach and a strong drive to win.
  • Known for building trusted relationships and collaborating effectively across teams, showing ownership, accountability and a solutions‑oriented attitude.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English and/or Spanish is required.
