Descrição

Reporting to the company's Commercial Director, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensure the effective execution of the customer plan.
  • Deliver consistently high standards of customer service, including same-day response and resolution of issues within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the customer's decision-making process, identifying key stakeholders and building strong relationships accordingly.
  • Foster internal cross-functional alignment with the account to achieve volume and profitability targets.
  • Create and regularly update the store database for the assigned account.
  • Provide accurate forecasting to support production planning.
  • Manage all administrative tasks related to the customer.
  • Conduct weekly store visits across the country to ensure compliance with account plans.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of all key customer activities outlined in the plan.

Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering, with a strong interest in management and commercial functions.
  • 1-2 years of experience in FMCG, management consulting, marketing, or sales.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, both spoken and written.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong results orientation, with excellent planning and coordination skills.
  • Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong professional relationships.
