Reporting to the Chairman your main responsibilities will be:
Manage the agenda and all the daily needs;
Support the rest of the team with all the ongoing projects;
Elaborate reports and documents to support the business;
Act as a point of contact between the Executive Board Members and the Chairman's Office;
Prepare information to support business meetings;
Other duties related with the good functioning of this Office.
Perfil ideal
The ideal candidate will have:
BA or Master Degree in relevant areas;
Proven experience of at least 2 years supporting top Executives;
Fluency in English at a native level is mandatory;
Fluency or medium level of other European languages will be considered a plus (German, Italian, Greek or Spanish);
Good communications skills;
Passion and good attitude towards a support role;
Great team spirit;
Ability to work on flexible hours.
