Um/a IT Support L2 bem-sucedido/a deve ter:

  • Customer Support: Independently handling technical and application-specific inquiries from national and international customers.
  • IT Support: Receiving and resolving functional issues related to the TrailerConnect® portal, API interfaces, and control units.
  • Ticket Management: Prioritizing and classifying incidents in the ticket system and resolving them using remote tools.
  • Coordination & Communication: Collaborating with IT and hardware departments, workshops, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Error Analysis & Solution Development: Supporting the analysis and development of technical solutions with internal and external specialists.
  • Claims Handling: Documenting and communicating claims with suppliers.
  • Project Work: Contributing to IT development projects.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Close cooperation with various internal departments.

Perfil ideal

A successful IT Support L2 should have:

  • Education: Completed vocational training in IT, e.g., as an IT specialist for system integration.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SOAP and REST APIs.
  • Experience: Ideally, experience with ticket systems, ACD, SAP, Office 365, and mobile communications.
  • Support Experience: Experience in telephone-based IT customer support.
  • Soft Skills: Enjoyment of cross-team collaboration and interest in complex technical products.
  • Languages: Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Independent and result-oriented working style.
