IT Service Coordinator with Infrastructure Expertise

Develops standards, procedures and work instructions related to providing effective business support to the development of long-term strategy;
Contribute to the development of an operational strategic, in line with the company strategic plan and taking into account business strategy and business priorities;
Ensures proactive involvement with projects of all respective parties to define requirements, formulate service level agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) with relevant stakeholders;
Coordinates service delivery, in line with requirements agreed with customer expectations, business stakeholders, adherent to company operational plans and with reference to existing procedures;
Ensure full operational service delivery, in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs. Coordinates the analysis and resolution of operational incidents, coordinates the execution of root cause analysis for critical issues;
Establishes regular status reports on system performance, availability and capacity, ensuring professional service level management. Breaches are followed-up by analysis and measures to ensure future prevention;
Create periodic analyses and reports upon service metrics related to the assigned area and make recommendations for improvement opportunities;
Gather, interpret and identify relevant developments and trends in IT, digital and the industry, to recommend measures to the process owner if necessary;
Provides up to date work instructions to ensure effective end-to-end service delivery.
Perfil ideal
Strong experience in IT Service Delivery,ITIL certification required;
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and ERP integrated platforms, digital technologies, mobility;
Experience in SAP software solutions, technology and business process outsourcing;
Technical expertise in infrastructure area; mobility, networking, virtualization, storage and backup, web (cloud, hosting, DNS);
Solid understanding of application technology stack (operability, connectivity);
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to form effective relationships with other cultures and support peers;
Drive for continuous professional development in self and others;
Excellent language skills in English;
