You will be responsible to…
- Deliver Client-focused & Internal projects within applicable scope, time and budget
- Understand Customer needs and the company business objectives and establish project scope and goals
- Formulate Project Charter, Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RACI) and manage project flag off session with the project team
- Ensure resource availability and allocation for the project, with the help of project sponsor
- Facilitate discovery sessions for requirement understanding from Client and Partners
- Gather and consolidate acceptance criteria (deliverables) from each of the departments that are involved in the project delivery
- Develop detailed project plan and correct critical path
- Structure governance and controls based on the standard framework of the company.
- Monitor progress based on the plan and take corrective actions when required. Ensure that the project standards are implemented throughout the project delivery
- Lead Project Steering meetings with Client and Internal project team
- Identify and prioritize risks; plan for mitigation and contingency as required.
- Manage/escalate in timely manner for any support required
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget when necessary
- Facilitate project tasks with different departments, lines of business, clients and partners; communicate and manage relationship with project stakeholders (internal, team, clients, partners, and vendors) and work closely with product owners or managers for the flawless execution of projects
- Provide status updates and prepare project reports on regular basis
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Create and maintain project documentation/records as per the defined processes.
- Conduct retro and close project
Perfil ideal
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 7-8 years of working experience specific to Project Management
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish languages (verbal and written)
- Multi-language would be preferred (e.g., Italian or German)
- Proven experience in delivering Client-focused solutions in digital, e-commerce, retail and/or insurance domains
- Technical development experience or ability to understand and communicate technical information
- Formal training certification in Project Management global standards
- Exposure to Agile Project Management and development processes would be an added advantage
- Occasional travelling for short periods may be required
