The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient deployment of a core solution in HR (like Workday or SAP Sucess Factors), HR applications performance and align technology solutions with the HR business needs.

Descrição

  • Support on the implementation of a Global HR System based on ERP (Workday or SAP Sucess Factors).
  • Manage and maintain HR-IT applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align HR-IT solutions with business requirements.
  • Support the implementation of new functionalities and system updates.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Perfil ideal

A successful IT Application Manager HR-IT should have:

  • Past experience as IT HR Expert, IT HR Business Partner, IT Application Manager, Business Analyst and/or Project Manager;
  • Proven experience with Workday or SAP Sucess Factors (plus for candidates with migration or deployment experience);
  • Strong technical skills in relevant HR-IT systems and tools.
  • Ability to analyse and solve complex technical problems efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of data compliance and security standards.
  • Ability to work in multicultural, multi-functional teams and projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
