Management and development of a portfolio of clients in Retail, Hospitality and Leisure segments
Develop Sales opportunities and maintain customer relationships in your given customer set
Go-to-Market plan development to ensure optimal lead generation on an ongoing basis
Responsible for partners qualification and integration
Increase the company's reputation in those segments
Development and implementation of commercial strategies
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Report the KPIs of the activity
- Academic degree
- Significant business development experience in the IT industry
- Sales background, for Retail or Hospitality or Leisure segments is a plus
- Commercial focus, with innovative and driven approach to client acquisition and retention
- Committed and problem solver. Capable of building strong relationships
- Comfortable interacting with people
- Team-first attitude
- Excellent communication skills
