Iberia Tenders & Inside Sales Coordinator (m/f) - URGENT

Reporting to the Iberian Sales Manager, you will:

• Manage the Sales Assistants (one in Portugal and one in Spain), defining objectives/processes, motivating them and developing their skills;
• Work closely with the Key Account Managers ensuring the best customer experience;
• Answer to customer's requests re-actively, liaising with colleagues of other departments;
• Meet the main customers to implement the trade agreements;
• Identify and evaluate business opportunities;
• Create quotes and follow-up;
• Enter orders timely and rigorously;
• Apply to public tenders;
• Identify improvement areas in the sales administration process;
• Improve the team spirit and collaboration between the two offices;
• Participate in seminars.
