  • Manage the annual talent mapping process and succession planning process;
  • Analyze the annual employee engagement results for the teams, present the results and work with the business to create action to increase engagement;
  • Work closely with line managers to achieve business objectives through demonstrating best practice in areas such as recruitment, reward and remuneration, talent management, employee engagement and employee relations;
  • Recommend changes to policies and procedures in line with legislation, and take ownership for agreeing and implementing these changes;
  • Provide regular insights on employee leaver, joiner and internal promotion data that form part of our KPIs;
  • Deliver training solutions to employees (up to Management level) on topics such as performance and recruitment and support learning and development activity;
  • Manage employment contracts, benefits enrolment, occupational health and new hires induction for the client group;
  • Ensure Workday is accurate for on a timely manner;
  • Establish permanent communication with industrial workers;
  • Negotiation with the workers' commission and collective agreements;
  • Advisory on labor laws issues;
  • Employee relations - end to end management of employee relations issues including disciplinary, settlements, grievances, absence and performance management.

Perfil ideal

  • Human Resources, Management or Law Degree;
  • 3 years previous experience as a generalist Human Resources Business Partner in a multinational organization;
  • Personal credibility and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver on results;
  • Customer focused, with an aptitude for being solution's delivery orientated;
  • Solid understanding of Portuguese employment legislation;
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written - English Advanced Level is mandatory and Spanish is a plus;
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively and independently, as required;
  • Highly organized, independent, self-motivated and attentive to details;
  • Discreet and professional - able to handle confidential/sensitive information and involve the appropriate people;
  • Experience across a range of HR activities in a professional HR team and "hands on" approach;
  • Drive / energy and a track record of attaining high standards;
  • A proactive self-starter who demonstrates initiative.
