Our client is a fast growing national company in the Pharmaceutical sector, one of the biggest players in their field.

Descrição

  • Act as the liaison with the outsourcing company currently handling payroll, with the intention of eventually internalising the process;
  • Manage outsourced workers and oversee their potential transition to the company's internal staff (around 15 per year);
  • Coordinate training initiatives;
  • Develop strategies to maintain high retention levels;
  • Create and implement performance evaluations;
  • Coordinate salary increase processes and develop bonus policies;
  • Provide coaching to Managers;
  • Coordinate team‑building activities.

Perfil ideal

  • Academic degree in HR, Management or similar;
  • Minimum 5 years experience in similar positions;
  • Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical sector and international contexts is highly valued;
  • In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices;
  • Fluent English (mandatory);
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
