1.HR SSC Set up
- Design of organization, processes, governance, SLA
- Design of implementation roadmap
- HR SSC pilot & implementation (progressive migration of activities)
- Contribute to HR SSC team recruitments, on-boarding and training
- Coordinate receiving/sending teams and secure knowledge transfer
- Experiment and fine tune processes, governance and SLA
2. HR SSC overal management
- Budget / financial planning and reporting
- Report HR SSC performance
- Define & implement a strategy to align with HR/Business objectives
- Ensure all action planning and team objectives support the strategy Policy, risk & compliance
- Ensure compliance with customers country regulatory obligations
- Ensure application of Group data policy and Group data privacy rules
- Act as a member of SSC management committee and of the Hub HR management team
3. Service Delivery Management
- Overall management of day-to-day operations
- Continuous performance improvement
- Partnership/Network collaboration
4.Team Mabagement
- Talent acquisition, development & performance management (in coordination with SSC HR VP and hub CoEs)
- Culture & engagement

- Experienced setting and leading a HR Shared Services Center (in a multinational company)
- HR Executive management experience
