- Definition of key skills for the position together with the Recruiting Manager in order to be able to do the preselection of candidates.
- Scheduling of interviews.
- Preselection of applications (most of the time in German, English, French, Spanish and Turkish) as most of the recruiting effort takes place for the production sites.
- Handling of Workday processes - can be trained in detail.
- Preparation of On-boarding plans.
- Preparation of Off-boarding documents.
- Written Certificates (Arbeitszeugnisse) mainly for Germany.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.
- Fluent in German and French or Spanish (mandatory) and in English.
- Availability to stay in Munich for four weeks for on-boarding.
