Descrição
- Revise and develop the HR global policies (to be) implemented across the group, ensuring the fulfilment of the local needs and requirements;
- Develop constant analysis about the organizational structures, anticipating future trends and needs;
- Apply change management frameworks and best practices to support transformation projects, while maintaining the group values and culture;
- Design and conceive the human resource models and programs, as it relates to performance & compensation, assessment, career development, training, and succession planning, etc. ;
- Align performance management and reward strategies to create a culture of high performance and innovation within and across the group;
- Design and implement the compensation & benefits programs to ensure alignment with the local markets and corporate C&B philosophy;
- Lead benchmarking initiatives to ensure the compensation & benefits programs are market competitive;
- Collaborate with the local HR teams and People team leaders to execute and implement organizational-wide programs such as: performance management; onboarding; offboarding, talent management & succession plan, among others.
Perfil ideal
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Management, Human Resources or similar, with at least 5 years of relevant Organization and HR consulting experience or corporate HR experience;
- Significant experience in compensation and benefits, with demonstrated knowledge of compensation & benefits programs' design and implementation;
- Consulting knowledge of job evaluation and market benchmarking methodologies (Willis Towers Watson, Mercer, Hay/KF, etc.);
- Knowledge in defining and implementing HR policies, as well as Change Management methodologies and Organizational Structures models;
- Change oriented mindset with ability to guide leaders through organizational effectiveness, design, and change initiatives;
- Experience in supporting highly distributed, and global teams, while working across different time zones and regions;
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly, think creatively and critically;
- Very good project management skills, resilience and ability to multitask;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a relationship driven approach to develop close working relationships with key stakeholders across all organizational levels;
- Knowledge in SAP Success Factors will also be valued;
- Fluency in English, both written and oral. Spanish language will be valued as well;
- Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with data analytics/visualization tools such as Power BI;
- Willingness to travel.
