Descrição

  • Lead and coordinate the local HR function in alignment with global guidelines;
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and talent development;
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, processes, and initiatives;
  • Track and analyze HR KPIs, ensuring regular reporting to local and international leadership;
  • Drive performance management, career development, and succession planning processes;
  • Oversee training plans, ensuring alignment with business needs and budget control;
  • Supervise payroll coordination with external providers;
  • Ensure compliance with local labor law and internal policies;
  • Promote internal communication initiatives and employee engagement actions;
  • Manage Health & Safety topics in coordination with external partners;
  • Oversee general services, including facilities, maintenance, and insurance management.



Perfil ideal

  • Degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field;
  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a multinational environment;
  • Solid knowledge of Portuguese labor law;
  • Experience with performance management and talent development processes;
  • Fluency in English and Spanish;
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Autonomous profile with strong organizational skills and business orientation.
