Our client is a Real Estate development company and is now on a strong investment moment.


  • Recommend and establish HR policies and procedures;
  • Manage benefit programs including medical, retirement, insurance, and injury on duty;
  • Formulate and implement compensation strategy to ensure market competitiveness;
  • Manage recruitment needs and lead the selection processes;
  • Coordinate the on-boarding process;
  • Identify staff training and career development needs;
  • Review various performance metrics and lead the performance appraisal process;
  • Recommend and maintain an effective organizational structure and staffing level to accomplish the company's goals;
  • Support the Executive Committee in ad-hoc projects;
  • Revise monthly payroll and liaise with the payroll service provider;
  • Compile annual budget, including manpower headcount, salary, and departmental operating expenses;
  • Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve human resources data management.

Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related field;
  • Minimum 10 years' of relevant experience in a human resources role in sizable companies of which at least 5 years' experience in managerial level;
  • Experience in the luxury hospitality or service industry is preferred;
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills;
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, flexible, resilient, and creative.
