- Act as employee and manager point of contact for various HR related matters;
- Manage the recruiting process for all new headcount and backfill positions for dedicated region;
- Own data entry and data integrity;
- Partner with corporate office to implement any HR related programs;
- Maintain knowledge of local legal requirements and ensure that all company policies are in compliance;
- Coordinate and facilitate all new hire orientations;
- Collect and complete all new hire paperwork, ensuring compliance with local employment law.
- Degree in Human Resources;
- Ability to work independently on projects;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- 5 years of experience in HR;
- Proven track record of handling employee relations , basic understanding of performance management and recruiting;
- Knowledge of Oracle.
