  • Act as employee and manager point of contact for various HR related matters;
  • Manage the recruiting process for all new headcount and backfill positions for dedicated region;
  • Own data entry and data integrity;
  • Partner with corporate office to implement any HR related programs;
  • Maintain knowledge of local legal requirements and ensure that all company policies are in compliance;
  • Coordinate and facilitate all new hire orientations;
  • Collect and complete all new hire paperwork, ensuring compliance with local employment law.

Perfil ideal

  • Degree in Human Resources;
  • Ability to work independently on projects;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • 5 years of experience in HR;
  • Proven track record of handling employee relations , basic understanding of performance management and recruiting;
  • Knowledge of Oracle.
