Descrição
- Support the expansion of our Lisbon employee team by executing recruitment practices locally;
- Preparation and issuing of contracts of employment and job offers, ensuring completion of contracts and new joiner paperwork prior to onboarding;
- Co-ordinate and manage the consistent onboarding of all new employees;
- Management of new employees who fail onboarding process, in consultation with local line management;
- Ensure that all documents and compliance policies are read by new employee;
- Administer the payroll processes with partnership with our local payroll provider;
- Prepare employee compensation by the end of each month using payroll software;
- Maintain HR/employee files, running periodic audits and ensure the accuracy of the employee data;
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and managers;
- Processing of all new joiners, including changes to tax and benefits codes;
- Processes payroll changes and updates including, but not limited to hours work, additional earnings, tax deductions, holidays, employee benefits, new hire details, salary updates;
- Processing of all leavers with the application of correct final payments.
Perfil ideal
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or similar;
- At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role;
- Experience of payroll administration;
- Experience of interview techniques and selection processes;
- Understanding of Portuguese employment practices and right to work documentation;
- Experience of working in a service industry would be helpful;
- Experience of using an ATS;
- Fluent in English;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Strong and clear communication;
- Strong numerical skills and an ability to use numbers to identify problems;
- Strong analytical skills, able to identify patterns and anomalies.
