We are recruiting an HR Business Partner for a Benchmark Company in the field of Education, who will participate in the implementation of development models and tools to respond to the organization´s current and future business needs by providing valuable subject matter expert contributions and recommendations throughout the organization.

Descrição

  • Play an active role in data analysis and interpretation;
  • Actively contribute to the co-creation and implementation of the talent management strategy and policies set at the corporate level.
  • Recruit candidates through various recruitment sources (national and international).
  • Drive the identification of training needs to develop the training catalog. And leading, organizing and executing the established training actions, as well as supervise their effectiveness.
  • Implement the training plan to respond to business needs, leading the training and development of employees.
  • Oversee the incorporation of candidates, by implementing and overseeing the planned onboarding actions.
  • Support the implementation of compensation and incentive programs for all employees.
  • Provide functional compensation expertise to HRIS programs and initiatives assuring day-to-day updates and accuracy reports.
  • Oversee and ensure the rigorous execution of the HR budget and the HC best estimate for each business organic unit.
  • Perform job evaluations and ensure job descriptions are complete and up-to-date.
  • Provide with HR analytics supported in Human Resources Information Systems as a sustenance to HR administrative and development processes.

Perfil ideal

  • University Degree in Management / Human Resources / Organizational Psychology/;
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years work experience and 2 years' experience in similar position (preferably in a consultancy and/or multinational company);
  • Familiarity with: job evaluation; market pricing; survey submission and analysis of results, having worked on recruitment and selection tasks;
  • Strong qualitative and analytical skills;
  • Project management mindset;
  • Critical thinking and problem solving;
  • Proactive team working skills;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Tools as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Mandatory English fluency and sound knowledge of Spanish (preferable).
