  • Setup and develop HR processes, policies and tools according to the business needs.
  • Support the establishment and development of the company with active recruiting support and coordination.
  • Provide interpretation of company policies, company programs, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, retention, talent acquisition and talent development.
  • Work on enabling growth through feedback processes, onboarding, compensation management, team structures, and other tasks beyond hiring new colleagues.
  • Act as trusted advisor and partner through resolution on a variety of employee and organizational issues, being the first point of contact for all employee issues.
  • Work independently, in collaboration with the Group and other stakeholders on the development and implementation of HR-related projects and participate in special projects as needed.
  • Actively challenge the status quo and ensure efficient and accurate people operations (including payroll preparation).
  • Strive for ever more effective, structured and speedy hiring and onboarding processes and an engaging work environment for all employees.
  • Support people development initiatives and other projects as required.

Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on Human Resources with at least 3 years of comparable professional experience.
  • Experience in startup environment and multicultural work environments.
  • Proven understanding of HR practices and procedures throughout the employee life cycle and of the relevant tools and systems.
  • Proven success in shaping and driving HR projects to success.
  • Solid understanding of Portuguese labor law and good project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
  • Analytical mindset and attention for detail with pragmatic problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed under pressure.
