- Degree in Management, Human Resources or Social Sciences;
- Minimum professional experience in similar positions;
- Fluent level of English (minimum B2) will be a plus;
- Strong SAP knowledge - not mandatory;
- Previous experience in complex environments in the HR administrative area - mandatory;
- Experience in Success Factors (preferred but not mandatory).
- Great organization, sense of responsibility, planning and communication skills;
- Proactive personality, with initiative and team spirit.
