Descrição

  • Lead strategic engagement within hospital accounts by identifying and prioritising key stakeholders, while understanding their influence on treatment pathways.
  • Segment, prioritise and manage hospital accounts using accurate and up‑to‑date databases and segmentation tools.
  • Develop collaborative partnerships to identify unmet needs, remove barriers across the patient journey and co‑create solutions that reinforce the organisation's position as a partner of choice within the hospital environment.
  • Ensure aligned and coordinated execution across the assigned territory, working closely with cross‑functional teams to maintain consistent strategic direction.
  • Manage account-related resources responsibly and in full compliance with ethical standards, industry regulations and internal corporate policies.
  • Monitor the execution of hospital account plans, evaluating performance against objectives, identifying deviations and implementing corrective measures when necessary.
  • Continuously gather, analyse and share competitive intelligence and market insights to anticipate changes within hospital settings and adjust strategies accordingly.

Perfil ideal

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or another related scientific field (required); a postgraduate or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing will be considered a strong asset.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar position within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with exposure to Oncology and/or Neurology.
  • English proficiency; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Demonstrated customer focus with strong relationship‑building capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
