  • Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets;
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
  • Maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and clients to secure and expand business opportunities;
  • Oversee the negotiation and closure of business deals, ensuring profitability and compliance with the company's policies and objectives;
  • Motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve excellent performance levels;
  • Stay informed of industry trends and technological advancements in renewable energy and biodiversity consultancy;
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts;
  • Represent the company in international forums, showcasing its innovation and technology development prowess.

Perfil ideal

  • Master's degree within the fields of Biodiversity, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or related areas;
  • Proven track record in achieving sales growth and leading a successful sales team;
  • Significant professional experience in the consulting sector;
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with proficiency in multilingual and multicultural environments;
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools, with a keen ability to analyze and deliver;
  • Dynamic individual capable of driving sales operations and strategies to achieve and exceed targets;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Availability to travel.
