Our partner is a global real estate advisor, offering the full scope of services to local and international clients from their offices in Lisbon and Porto. For their Project & Development Services, which designs, manages and builds offices, retail stores, logistics spaces and hospitality units, they are looking to recruit an experienced professional to head up the division.
Descrição
- Take full responsibility for the service line P&L, participating in the definition of an ambitious plan for growth
- Lead a mature, multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and project managers
- Participate in the definition of the mix of services of the department: traditional Project Management as well as Design & Build services
- Focus on business development, with existing and new clients, both internal and external
- Lead the delivery of service proposals to the clients, defining the strategy and the added value for each proposal
- Exercise rigorous control of the financials of the department, with detailed monthly reporting
- Report to local Head of Country and Iberian PDS Lead
Perfil ideal
- Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrable experience as Business Developer
- Team player with exceptional people management skills
- Self-starter, autonomous, flexible and versatile
- Language skills: Portuguese (native) and English (fluent).
